Our compendiums are a practical and attractive way for displaying guest information in hotel and motel rooms. They are made with hard-wearing book-binding material - either paper-based (our Corporate range), or fabric-based (our Executive range) in a variety of styles and colours. We take great care in the design and production process to ensure the final product is exactly as you want it. Please allow a turn around period of approx 3-4 weeks.

 2-Panel Compendium (Plastic Pockets)
Features a foam-padded front and hard cardboard back covered with durable book-binding material in our full colour range. On the inside of the front cover are two horizontal pockets designed to take DLE (A4 folded into 3) brochures, envelopes, or cards, while the inside back cover has one vertical pocket for larger pamphlets.
These compendiums have our specially-made heavy duty plastic pockets riveted to the inside back cover. Up to ten can be inserted while still allowing this compendium to lie neat and flat.
Two gold metal corners on the front, together with hot foil printing of your name or logo make this an up-market and practical "must" for your guest room.

2-Panel Compendium (Screw Style)
Traditional screw style compendium in A4, A5 and Slimline - with or without
plastic pockets. These covers are available in one solid colour or with
contrasting spines and corners. They are held together by removable brass or
nickel plated screws of varying lengths depending on the number of pages
used.
Screw-style covers are very popular for larger compendiums as this style can hold
up to 20 pages without appearing bulky. They are also perfect for menus.

3-Panel Compendium (Plastic Pockets)
Our deluxe folder, designed to complement prestige accommodation.
The cover is made from foam-padded hard cardboard and durable book-binding material in our full colour range. On the inside of the left-hand section are two horizontal pockets designed to take DLE (A4 folded into 3) brochures, envelopes, or cards. The centre section holds sheets of A4 writing paper held in place by traditional blotter-style corners.
Durable copy-safe plastic pockets are riveted to the inside of the third section. These fit A4 sheets of information, menus, directions etc, and there is also a vertical pocket for larger pamphlets. Soft spines allow the two sides sections to fold flat onto the middle.
Gold metal corners along with your name or logo hot foil printed on the front add distinction to this very neat and practical article.

Traditional screw-style compendium or information folder. It has a black, leather-look cover with "Guest Information" printed in gold script. Designed for use with or without plastic pockets, it is held together by removable brass-plated screws.
Hard-wearing and versatile, this compendium has a built-in pocket on the inside cover for pamphlets etc, and can hold up to 20 plastic pockets without appearing bulky or distorted.
Durable, copy-safe plastic pockets can be supplied.
